  3. Authorization to approve the Franklin County Regional Jail Policy and Procedure.
  4. Authorization to approve a Resolution of Franklin County Board of Health establishing Public Health Tax Rate in the Year 2026, for Franklin County Public Health Taxing District created by KRS 212.750.
  5. Authorization to create a new Light Equipment Operator position due to an increase in workload for the Road Department.
  6. Authorization to approve a Resolution authorizing the filing of an application with the Kentucky Energy and Environment Cabinet, Division of Waste Management, for 2027 Litter Abatement Grant funding and designating the County Judge/Executive to execute all documents pertaining to this grant.
  7. Authorization to approve a Resolution authorizing Franklin County to enter a three-year contract with Municipal Media Corp. for a web-based application focusing on solid waste management information for resident use.

  9. Authorization to approve a Memorandum of Understanding between Franklin County Fiscal Court and The Community Life Center Foundation Inc. regarding opioid abatement funds.
  10. Authorization to approve a Memorandum of Understanding between Franklin County Fiscal Court and Franklin County Health Department regarding opioid abatement funds.
  11. Authorization to approve a Memorandum of Understanding between Franklin County Fiscal Court and Boys and Girls Club of Frankfort regarding opioid abatement funds.
  12. Authorization to approve a Memorandum of Understanding between Franklin County Fiscal Court and One of Us Inc. regarding opioid abatement funds.
  13. Authorization to approve a Memorandum of Understanding between Franklin County Fiscal Court and Recovery Café Lexington Inc, DBA Recovery Café Frankfort regarding opioid abatement funds.
  14. Authorization to approve a Memorandum of Understanding between Franklin County Fiscal Court and Thorn Hill Education Center regarding opioid abatement funds.
